Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) and the recommendation of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
