Kilitch Drugs Board to consider allotment of equity shares on preferential basis

Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 14, 2006, to consider the allotment of 335412 shares on preferential basis to the promoters in terms of special resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2006.
