Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd to list on December 30, 2019

Efective from Monday, December 30, 2019, the equity shares of Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the list of 'B' Group of Securities.

The shares were issued at a price of Rs. 178/- per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 168/-) in the recently concluded IPO.

11,00,25,759 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up will be listed in the exchanges.
