Tricom India to acquire Service Bureau in the US

Tricom India Ltd has announced that a Company specializing in non voice business process outsourcing, as part of its ongoing expansion plans has completed due diligence and has signed Memorandum of Understanding for acquiring a service bureau in the United States of America (US). The Company would enter into definitive agreement in couple of weeks. The said bureau have scanning operations spread across two locations.
