Anant Raj Industries Board takes note of High Court approval on amalgamation

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2006, has noted the orders of the Hon’ble High Court(s) of Delhi and Punjab & Mariana Chandigarh sanctioning the Scheme of amalgamation of following five Companies with the Company:

a) Kalinga Meadows Ltd.
b) B T Estates Pvt Ltd.
c) Sarvodya Builders Pvt Ltd.
d) Carnation Buildcon Pvt Ltd.
e) Elegant Buildtech Pvt Ltd.

Further the Board of Directors authorized Sh. Amit Sarin, Executive Director (Commercial) and / or Sh. Manoj Pahwa, Company Secretary to comply with all formalities/ requisite instructions of aforesaid orders in connection with Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchanges and other acts, deeds and thins incidental thereto.
