Rajendra Electrical to amalgamate 3 group companies

Rajendra Electrical Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has a proposal for amalgamation with it of three group Companies, which are not listed with any Stock Exchange but are closely held public Companies, namely Remi Motors Ltd, Remi Instruments Ltd, and Remi Equipments Ltd, and that the Board of Directors of this Company will meet on October 17, 2006, for considering the scheme of arrangement.
