Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd has announced that the Shareholders, Secured / Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their court convened meetings held on October 07, 2006, have approved unanimously, the scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Rajasthan Texchem Ltd with the Company.
