Gabriel India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2006, inter alia, to Consider the following:

1. Approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Declaration of an interim dividend.
