Ratan Jindal, Promoter of Jindal Stainless Ltd has acquired 1,50,000 equity shares of the company on August 21, 2019 & August 22, 2019. The shares were bought through market purchase for a total consideration of Rs. 42,80,422.00.

With this acquisition, his stake in the company has increased from 83,22,698 equity shares (1.74%) to 84,72,698 equity shares (1.77%).
