Alphalogic Techsys IPO now to open in Aug 26th, 2019

Alphalogic Techsys Ltd has said in a notification to stock exchange that, it is truly overwhelmed and thankful for the support in the market for its IPO.

But, due to unforeseen circumstances, the public issue could not be open on August 23, 2019. The company has been in touch with the BSE officials regarding the same has worked tirelessly to resolve the matter.

The new date for the opening of Alphalogic Techsys Limited public issue is August 26, 2019.

The company also conveyed its sincere thanks for the support and co-operation of BSE and other regulators.
