Sinhal Holdings Board recommends 6% dividend

Sinhal Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 6% for the period ended June 30, 2006. The same will become payable subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
