GSS America Infotech IPO subscribed 1 time

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of GSS America Infotech Ltd which opened for subscription on February 11, 2008 has received subscription of 1 times till 2:00 PM on February 15, 2008.

The company has come out with an IPO of 3497495 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price band of Rs 400 to Rs 440 through 100% Book Building process.

The company has received total bids for 3513285 equity shares against the offer of 3497495 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 50070 shares at cut-off price.

The IPO closes for subscription today - February 15, 2008.
