Ingersoll-Rand - Q2 results on Oct 19, 2006

Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, for taking on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 (Q2) and for the six months ended September 30, 2006. The Board will also consider payment of Interim Dividend on the basis of Unaudited Financial Results for the six months ended September 30, 2006.
