Lokesh Machines AGM approves 10% dividend

Lokesh Machines Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend of 10% on the expanded equity share capital of the Company on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
