CreditAccess Grameen Ltd allots 14,505 shares

CreditAccess Grameen Ltd has allotted 14,505 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 17 employees who had exercised options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.

The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
