Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd allots 19404 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd through its resolution passed today on July 03, 2019 has approved the Allotment of 19,404 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under various ESOP Schemes of the Company.

The Company has already received the in-principle approval from NSE and BSE for listing and is in the process of applying for the final listing approval of the above shares on NSE and BSE.

The paid-up capital ofthe Company has increased from Rs. 1,21,36,28,310 to Rs. 1,21,38,22,350.

Shares of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.298.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 294.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136627 in over 1754 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 302.3 and intraday low of 292.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40813167.
