AXIS Bank allots 75877 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 75,877 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 1st July 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 523,90,39,022 (261,95,19,511 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 523,91,90,776 (261,95,95,388 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.810.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 807.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 182097 in over 3319 trades.
