Sri Ramakrishna Mills to convert warrants allotted to promoters and Clearwater Capital

Sri Ramakrishna Mills Coimbatore Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2008, has considered the warrant exercise option lodged by the promoters and Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus Ltd and passed the resolution for allotment of 21,35,000 Equity Shares to the promoters and 10,00,000 Equity Shares to the Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus Ltd).
