Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited allots 1015 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited has approved the resolution made effective from June 18, 2019 for issuance and allotment of 1,015 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the holders of the stock options upon their exercise.

With the said allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs.40,08,61,330/- divided into 4,00,86,133 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.40,08,71,480/-divided into 4,00,87,148 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.580.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 587. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65 in over 8 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 594 and intraday low of 580. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38025.
