AXIS Bank allots 103170 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,03,170 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 17th June 2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 523,82,14,864 (261,91,07,432 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 523,84,21,204 (261,92,10,602 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.776.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 800.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 263464 in over 6627 trades.
