Allianz Securities AGM approves 25% dividend

Allianz Securities Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate 25% per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
