Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 1,70,752 shares

Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 1,70,752 (One Lakh Seventy Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Two) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,51,48,182 divided into 42,75,74,091 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.796.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 810.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 357891 in over 6265 trades.
