Kothari Fermentation & Biochem Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 9,00,00,000/- to Rs 12,00,00,000/- divided into 1,20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each by addition of 30,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each and Consequential amendment in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
