Cosmo Films allots 31 Lakh warrants at Rs 107

Cosmo Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2008 has allotted 31,00,000 Warrants convertible into same number of equity shares of the Company of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 107/- (including a premium of Rs 97/-) per warrant to the persons belonging to promoter group of the Company. These Warrants shall be convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company at any time up to August 03, 2009 and will be subject to lock in up to February 03, 2011.
