Universal Starch Chem AGM approves 10% dividend

Universal Starch Chem Allied Ltd has announced that the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at 10% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company for usage of Common Seal.

Increase in Authorized Share Capital from Rupee six Crores to Rupee Ten Crores.
