Barasia Holding to change name as Visagar Polytex Ltd

Barasia Holding & Trading Company Ltd has announced that members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following Special Resolutions with requisite majority:

1. Alteration in the object clause III of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

2. Change of name of the Company from "Barasia Holding & Trading Company Ltd" to "Visagar Polytex Ltd" and accordingly the name "Barasia Holding & Trading Company Ltd", wherever it occurs in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the substituted by "Visagar Polytex Ltd".
