Pudumjee Pulp & Paper AGM approves 12% dividend

Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the members at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rupee One and paise twenty per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company for the year 2005-2006.
