Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited completes first Direct Assignment transaction of Rs. 1,107.41 crore in FY20

Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited today assigned a pool of receivables of an aggregate value of Rs. 1,107.41 crore to one of the largest private sector banks on a direct assignment basis as per the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. This is the first Direct Assignment transaction in FY20.

Shares of Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.918 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 944.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5057 in over 270 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 948.9 and intraday low of 918. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4716479.
