Savita Chemicals AGM approves 125% dividend, 2:3 bonus

Savita Chemicals Ltd has announced that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have unanimously approved dividend @ 125% for the financial year 2005-06.

Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2 Bonus Shares for every 3 Equity Shares held by the shareholders of the Company, on the record date to be decided by the Board.
