Sharon Bio Medicine Board Meeting to review progress of new plant

Sharon Bio Medicine Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on September 30, 2006.

2. To discuss regarding putting of Injectable Plant at a Cost of Rs 18 Crores along with its existing Tablets & Capsules Plant at Dehradun in Uttaranchal.

3. To discuss the progress of the ongoing project of the Tablets & Capsules Plant at Dehradun in Uttaranchal.
