HDFC Bank allots 1737528 shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 1737528 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5446613220 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5450088276 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2245.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2268.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 198629 in over 10232 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2290 and intraday low of 2242.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 448961853.
