AXIS Bank allots 1,58,570 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,58,570 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 22nd April 2019, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 514,43,73,006 (257,21,86,503 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 514,46,90,146 (257,23,45,073 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.755.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 771.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 216290 in over 4639 trades.
