Rollatainers to consider allotment of 90 lakh Shares

Rollatainers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2008, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 90,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- at par to the Strategic Investor namely W.L.D. Investments Pvt Ltd, upon conversion of 90,00,000 Optionally Fully Convertible Debenture(OFCD's) of Rs 10/-, as stipulated in the rehabilitation scheme sanctioned by BIFR vide its order dated May 15, 2007 and amendment order dated August 06, 2007.
