CreditAccess Grameen Ltd allots 30,454 shares

CreditAccess Grameen Ltd has allotted today, 30,454 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 24 employees who have exercised options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.

Out of the above, Mr. Diwakar B.R, CFO is allotted 22,500 equity shares.

The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of CreditAccess Grameen Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.533.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 545.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7096 in over 559 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 548.95 and intraday low of 530.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3819386.
