HCL Infosystems meeting to approve amalgamation

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi a meeting of Unsecured Creditors of HCL Infinet Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification the Scheme of Arrangement between HCL Infinet Ltd, Microcomp Ltd & the Company.
