Zyden Gentec to consider allotment of warrants

Zyden Gentec Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008, inter alia, has considered issuing / allotment of 800000 Preferential Warrants to the promoters and / or the persons acting in concert, and issuing / allotment of 600000 Preferential Warrants to the persons other than the promoters, subject to SEBI guidelines and the approval of the members of the Company by passing the resolution through Postal Ballot.

The Management has decided to upgrade the facilities of Hyderabad as per requirement of schedule M and GMP.
