RBL Bank allots 396,846 shares

RBL Bank has allotted 396,846 (Three Lakh Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Six Only) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on March 27, 2019 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 426,312,882 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,263,128,820 to 426,709,728 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 4,267,097,280.

Shares of RBL Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.653.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 636.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89968 in over 1638 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 657 and intraday low of 636.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 58367648.
