L&T allots 1,04,816 shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 1,04,816 (One Lakh Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen) shares today to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1394 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1372.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 495914 in over 9516 trades.
