Fortune Financial Services India Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2006, inter alia, have also confirmed the Interim Dividend @ 11% on the Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and declared the final dividend @ 5% on the enlarged capital of the Company.
