HDFC Bank allots 1358838 equity shares

HDFC Bank has allotted today 1358838 equity shares to the employees of the bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5443895544 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5446613220 equity shares.of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2251.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2223.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 106579 in over 4999 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2260 and intraday low of 2225. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 239517670.
