Visesh Infotecnics to allot 35 Lakh warrants

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2008, has decided to issue 3,500,000 (Thirty Five Lacs) Warrants to Mr. Rajinder Singh, Director of the Company, at Rs 42/- each with an option to acquire for every warrant, one fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/ each at a premium of Rs 32/- per share, on preferential basis in compliance with all applicable laws.
