AU Small Finance Bank Ltd has allotted 1,28,337 (One Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Seven equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each) on 7th March 2019 pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Schemes.

The paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 2,92,22,91,490 consisting of 29,22,29,149 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2,92,35,74,860 consisting of 29,23,57,486 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
