Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited approves allotment of 2,99,000 shares

The board of directors of Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited has at its meeting held today i.e 02nd March 2019 passed resolution to issue and allot 2,99,000 (Two Lakh Ninety Nine Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Mr. Rishikesh Rohit Dhoot (Promoter Shareholder) of the Company, upon exercise of option against each such warrants, on receipt of balance subscription amount.

Shares of DHOOT INDUSTRIAL FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.34.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1242 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.3 and intraday low of 29.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39240.
