KNR Constructions IPO opens for subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of KNR Constructions Limited hit the markets today. The company has come out with an IPO of 7874570 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 170/- to Rs 180 /- through 100% Book Building process.

Axis Bank Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager and Batlival & Karani Securities India Pvt Ltd is the Co-Book Running Lead Manager to the issue.

Batlival & Karani Securities India Pvt Ltd is also the Syndicate Member for the issue.
