Core Projects allots 985276 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on January 24, 2008, had allotted 9,85,276 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCB's.

With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 16,29,76,140 comprising 8,14,88,070 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
