Nilkamal Plastics to change name as "Nilkamal Ltd"

Nilkamal Plastics Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 30% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Change of name of Company from "Nilkamal Plastics Ltd" to "Nilkamal Ltd", and consequential amendments in the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.
