Vintage Cards to issue 60 Lakh warrants

Vintage Cards & Creations Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2008, has approved the following subject to approval by the Members at the ensuing General Meeting.

Making a preferential allotment of Warrants under section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI Guidelines on Preferential basis to the following entities:

- Venture Business Advisors Pvt Ltd - 50,00,000 warrants
- Visvavinayak Shares & Services Pvt Ltd - 10,00,000 warrants
- Maitri Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd. - 10,00,000 warrants;

The warrants will be converted based on SEBI guidelines on Preferential issue.
