Royal Orchid AGM approves 50% dividend

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 13, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declared dividend of Rs 5/- per share (50%) on the equity shares.
