Jai Balaji to consider allotment of CCDs

Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2008, inter alia, to consider, the allotment of zero coupon compulsorily convertible debentures ("CCDs") and Warrants to non promoter group and promoters as per the resolutions approved by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 10, 2008.
