NEPC India Board Meeting on Oct 06, 2006 to enter new business

NEPC India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 06, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association by way of inclusion of the following business in the main Objects of the Company:

- Business of Stair Lift and other kinds of lifts, equipment and related accessories.

- Business of Hybrid system of Power using High Voltage Batteries and Inverters, equipment and related accessories.

2. To consider development of full fledged R&D Division of the Company and look after this Division by the Managing Director, Mr. Tirupathi Kumar Khemka.
